Stones are placed in water and heated to within a certain temperature range before placement on the body. The stones are usually placed on specific points on the back, but can be applied other areas such as between the toes, or in the palms of the hands.

Chair Massage

Chair massage is a short massage, anywhere from 20 to 45 minutes, done through the clothing. It typically focuses on key tension areas in the back, neck, shoulders and arms. A professional practitioner performs it in a specially designed ergonomic massage chair. A practitioner will target your neck, shoulders and back to release pain, tension and inflammation. It’s a quick way to unwind for those on the go.
